I had a minor emergency when the central air system stopped cooling. Given the heat right now there was no way to do without being able to cool the house. I called Matt, who installed that system, and even though he was off-island, managed to get a guy over the same day to troubleshoot. Matt followed up and the problem was identified and repaired within a couple of days. Malam and Matt is a go-to company as far as both service and price.

Matt & his staff go above and beyond for every service call, we have used Malama Air Conditioning for years now, from installing our Mitsubishi split duct, repairs, and cleanings, and our family will only call Matt for all air conditioning circumstances and will never go elsewhere, he honestly is considered family, Matt is very professional, will explain, what needs to be done, why, and gives all the options available, yet he treats his customers like family, Matt & his staff (John, Elijah...) honestly gets the job done (seriously as if he was working on his own home), so family & friends, my honest & best advice, if you looking for an Air conditioning company that's fast, efficient, reliable, affordable, and offers superior customer service, look no further, Malama Air Conditioning is the best!!!!!!By the way this review is long overdue, thank you sooo much Matt & your staff, for your hard work & Matt for your awesome advice (you saved our family from whole lot of undue stress & a lot of money lost ) Mahalo from the Mendonza Ohana!!!!
